About the Artist
Year 9 Art classes at Queen Margaret College donated 53 bowls to use as part of a collection sold as part of the 2017 Empty Bowls charity campaign.
The students worked diligently in Term 3 to create a series of glazed ceramic bowls that include a variety of lace relief and mid-fire glazes. The bowls were on sale at Moore Wilson and along with ceramic works by Wellington potters and artists raised $22,500 for the Downtown Community Ministry.
